If you would like to delete your Powerlava account and associated personal data, you can submit a request through the methods described below.
How to Request Account Deletion
You can delete your account directly through the Powerlava App:
Powerlava App → My Profile → Delete Account
Once your deletion request is submitted:
- Your account will be permanently deleted.
- Personal information associated with your account will be deleted or anonymized.
- Device association information and account-related settings will be removed.
- You will no longer be able to access services associated with this account.
Data That Will Be Deleted
The following data may be deleted:
- Account information (such as email address, phone number, and profile information)
- User profile information
- Device association information
- User preferences and settings
- Communication-related account data
Data That May Be Retained
Some information may be retained when required for:
- Legal compliance
- Fraud prevention
- Security protection
- Regulatory requirements
